By applying to and participating in the HIT Global Affiliate Programme, you agree to the following terms:
1. Affiliate Role
Affiliates may promote HIT Global products using approved materials and a unique referral link only. Affiliates do not sell, deliver, license, customise, or represent HIT Global products or services and have no authority to act on behalf of HIT Global.
2. Commission
Commission is earned solely on completed webstore purchases correctly tracked via the affiliate link and is calculated on net sales (excluding VAT, refunds, chargebacks, and discounts). Commission is payable only after the applicable refund period. HIT Global may amend commission rates with notice.
3. Tracking
Sales are tracked using HIT Global’s affiliate tracking system. Only correctly attributed sales qualify for commission. HIT Global’s tracking data is final. Affiliates may be provided access to basic traffic and commission reporting.
4. Brand & Marketing
Affiliates may describe themselves only as a “HIT Global Affiliate” and must follow HIT Global brand guidelines. Affiliates must not make misleading claims, pricing promises, or representations.
5. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not:
• Represent themselves as a partner, trainer, consultant, or employee of HIT Global
• Offer discounts or negotiate pricing
• Use spam, deceptive, or unethical marketing practices
• Bid on HIT Global brand terms in paid advertising without written permission
6. Customers & Data
All customers and customer data remain the property of HIT Global. Affiliates must comply with applicable marketing and data protection laws.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate participation at any time. HIT Global may terminate immediately for breach or brand misuse. Commission on refunded or invalid sales is not payable.
8. Changes & Law
HIT Global may update these terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
